- Riders: Name, phone number, email, location, trip history, payment details.
- Drivers: Name, contact details, driver’s license, taxi license, vehicle details, earnings.
- Taxi Companies: Business name, registration details, VAT number, bank details, registered drivers' info.
💡 We do not collect sensitive financial data. Payments are securely processed through integrated payment systems.
3. Why Do We Collect This Data?

- Process ride requests and complete payments.
- Track ride history and generate receipts.

4. Location & Voice Data
- Riders: Your location helps us match you with the nearest available driver.
- Drivers: We collect real-time location data to ensure accurate pickup, navigation, and trip tracking.
Voice Data:
- Riders can use voice commands to set their destination.
- Drivers can accept or decline ride requests using voice commands.
- Voice data is processed only to complete the requested action and is not stored permanently.
- Users can disable voice features in app settings.
💡 You can disable location tracking in your device settings, but this may affect ride availability.
5. How Long Do We Store Your Data?
